Black: ¼" Hole; 1/8- IP. These are used to protect the cord where it must go through the item you are wiring. These are needed when running a cord through thin metal, glass, or anything sharp or abrasive. Finger pressure is all that is needed to assemble the bushing into its mounting hole.
