this item is made to order and pulley and or shades (cages ) may differ as they are sometimes a 1 of a kind item.. shown in the pics is 2 examples of pulleys and cages.. the design will be the same.. height can vary from 24-36" Bulbs not included, but available for purchase....please specify options when ordering... allow 2-3 weeks
